KVKK Disclosure (Türkiye)

Vivollo's disclosure under Turkey's Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK No. 6698) — purposes, transfers and your statutory rights.

This notice is Vivollo's disclosure ("aydınlatma metni") under Turkey's Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK"). It describes how [Vivollo legal entity name], as data controller, processes personal data. The Turkish version is the authoritative text.

1. Data controller

2. Personal data processed

Identity and contact details; customer and billing records; transaction-security data (IP, session logs, device/browser); customer content (your knowledge base and settings); and conversation data between your end-customers and the agent, with related metadata. For end-customer conversations, our customer is the controller and Vivollo is the processor.

3. Purposes of processing

To provide and maintain the Service, set up and improve your agent, handle support, manage billing, secure the Service and prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations.

Data is collected electronically through the website, the panel, connected channels and our correspondence with you. Processing relies on the legal bases in KVKK Art. 5/2 — performance of a contract, legal obligation, and legitimate interests — and, where required, on your explicit consent.

5. Transfers

Personal data may be shared, limited to the purposes above, with contracted service providers (hosting [cloud provider], AI model provider(s) [model provider], payment provider [payment provider] and the messaging channels you connect) and with competent public authorities where legally required. For transfers abroad, we apply the safeguards required by the KVKK.

6. Retention

Personal data is kept for as long as needed for its purpose and as required by law, then deleted, destroyed or anonymised. Conversation data is retained per your account settings and instructions.

7. Your rights (KVKK Art. 11)

You may: learn whether your data is processed and request information about it; learn the purpose and whether it's used accordingly; know the third parties to whom it is transferred; request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data; request erasure or destruction where conditions are met; request that such actions be notified to recipients; object to outcomes produced solely by automated analysis; and seek compensation for damages.
